| The ITW Ransburg disk system has been used in specialty applications to apply a siliconized rubber based coating to extruded rubber components. The rubber automotive components are hung on a conveyor and passed through the Omega style spray booth with a disk reciprocating inside. The Turbodisk atomizes the coating into a fine spray that is applied to the rubber. The disk system is also capable of applying a very thin coating therefore achieving the specifications of the application. |
